Oh come on! How much do you think has been spent for Obama & Michelle's clothes not to mention even the McCains' as well? While I think it's foolishness to expend so much just for a few rags to hang on a candidate's back it's done for image and both sides do it. For example Hillary's $2,000 visit to the beauty parlor when she was still running. Get real or if not real at least try and keep some small semblance of balance. Your spin is making me dizzy! If Obama’s past associations and “spread the wealth” statements are irrelevant than why is a paid “image wardrobe” of any importance? After all the campaign is all about image unfortunately including everything from posters to clothing.

Do you mean they’ve been “too Liberal” then? You should love that.
If they are all spending that kind of money, they are out of touch with the realities of the general public.
It is not my money, so I really don’t care how the GOP wasted it.
You are the spin meisters. We give you facts and our opinion. You give me opinion with no facts to back it, other than “old news” Hilary. And $2000 is a long way from $150,000.
No, I don’t love their borrow and spend philosophy. I’m not liberal at all. I am intelligent enough to know that just because they have labeled themselves conservatives, it doesn’t make it so.
I’ve been labeled liberal here many times, yet I have never voiced any type of liberal opinion. You have the “you’re with us, or you’re against us” mentality. Just because I speak out against your “boys” doesn’t make me a liberal.
I have spoken out against Obama, Biden, both Clintons and many others right here on LSC. Does that make me a conservative?
IMHO , your “boys” have screwed up more than the other “boys”. Who knows, in the future it might be the other way around.
Ralph
As for “my boys” I’m an Independent and have no need to defend Palin on those grounds. In point of fact I detest the idea of one political party controlling the whole government. In fact I even voted for Gore over Bush just because it was obvious the Republicans would take both houses in that election even though I have no use at all for Gore. I later regretted this choice after hearing the weeping and wailing from the Left and the very obvious drive to delegitimize the Bush Presidency before he even took office.
Then I apologize, as I am too an independent thinker who gets tired of being labeled a liberal because I don’t agree with a Republican.
