FYI: Some of you know that I work at YouTube. My office is in San Bruno where there was a shooting today. I walked right through the site of that about an hour before it happened, on my way home. So I’m safe.

You post it anywhere you damn well want to post it…we’re just glad you’re okay, and from what I hear the shooter didn’t kill any of your fellow employees.

We are all very glad you are safe.
Oh my! That’s a thing about the web, and about model railroads/railways being a near universal hobby - much more likely to know to some degree someone living there or actually involved in an event.
Thanks all! Latest info is that 4 people were shot (besides the shooter), 1 is still in serious condition, the other 3 were treated and released. Many people were traumatized, as you can image.

I thought of you yesterday when I heard about this. I am really happy that you are OK. I do feel for the other victims that were injured. I can not believe this did happen and especially a female shooter. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and the others that where hurt.
