The Clarkes and Goldings plan on arriving in York, PA for the ECLSTS on Thursday and leave the area sometime on Sunday. Sunday schedule is still in flux.

Ric we will be arriving later Thursday. Hopefully by 4PM. Ill be at the show friday, saturday is up in the air still but we will be going home sometime later saturday.

Jean and I will be there Friday morning, going back home Saturday morning.
I can’t convince Marilyn to ride along, so I will be flying solo Arriving Friday AM, hopefully early enough to attend David Bodnar’s seminar. That means I need to be on the road by 4AM. Not sure that will happen!
Susan and I will be there Thursday for shopping, Friday in the Alcove and D&B, looking for last minute bargains on Saturday, heading home on Saturday. Susan has Red Hats on Sunday.

To totally be kept a secret and not letting anyone know other than the very select few here, meaning everybody on LSC. We will be setting up the Time Saver about 3 pm or so, Thursday.
I need help to set it up, but not too close. Andy can tell you when its time to take a walk. He knows me.
Anyway, if someone happened to be in the area of the York Fairgrounds on Thursday afternoon and wanted to step inside to see our progress and see if we needed help and then happened to walk around the rest of the layout room. You could always say, "I’m here to help Ric with the Time Saver, but he needed some time alone.
I’ll even deny I wrote this, actually I already have.

I am planning on waking up in the parking lot sometime Friday morning as we are leaving around 11pm Thursday night to get there.
Plan on doing the show and DB on Friday, then Saturday doing the railroad museum and possible train ride… then Sunday we might swing by steam town before we head home.
A buddy of mine and I will get to York sometime Thursday afternoon — presenting at 9:30 Friday morning and heading back to Pittsburgh shortly after that finishes up.
We are staying at the Holiday Inn on Loucks Rd - If you are there early Friday morning I’ll be the guy with his head in a laptop going over his presentation! Stop by and say HI!
