I wont be able to attend the show this year. I ended up getting a new trainee at work that they want me to train. It was a last minute thing. I coulnt pass it up. Make sure you guys drink a beer for me and have fun.
:O Just send that trainee out in the woods for a 72 hour search & rescue exercise. Tell him you'll be waiting when he returns :D Ralph

You will be missed!

A sign of the times???

I’m glad ya’ll have a show to go to.
I wish they could do one up here in the PacNW, near Seattle.
So Cal is a little too far for us Geezers.

Enjoy yourselves, Gents, and raise one for us lost and forgotten Large Scalers up here.

He, whose name shall no longer be mentioned, tried to get Lewis to do a show here in Spokane.

I think Lewis is still laughing… :stuck_out_tongue:

I think you have the equation wrong.

It’s 24+16 oz = 1 BEER…I’ve tried those little pony 12 oz things…

Sorry you won’t be there, Shawn.

You got it wrong too Bruce. The proper equation is: 24 X 16 oz

John
There is the Supertrains show in Calgary. It is on April 16 and 17 this year. It is all scales but there is always a good G scale showing.
Ron

Those of you who have talked of running trains at my place.Would you mind giving me an idea for beverages you would prefer? Also a time for here and for Ken’s?

Holleywood make sure you have shirley temples for rooster.

Make sure you guys take plenty of pictures for me.

Hollywood…I prefer ales and any other dark beers…microbrew ones are the best. Oh sheet I won’t be there. :frowning:

Oh, I can’t WAIT to meet these people!

Dad (Andy) said I wasn’t allowed to come?? That’s ok when the smoke clears I’ll drive up to Hollywoods and run trains myself this summer.
I know how to sneak by Storm (local 4 legg’ed ranger)

How long is the drive from your place to Ken's and how long do you want to put up with us? If we're at your place in the morning.............coffee Ralph

I’ll have to skip the party. I’ll have enough trouble finding the York Fairgrounds.
Sounds like bunches of fun though.

Bruce;
I think we are on the same page.
Make mine a draft.
