Yesterday.....and the past few weeks

Yesterday;

here in Upstate SC the kids and I were out in the yard in Shorts and T-Shirts…

I was tending the animals, new puppies running around and kids scrambling all over the Fire Truck…my youngest son (4) came up to the barn, and while I was struggling to address the disaster aka my “Ham Shack” he peered up to the glass front cabinet on the wall…the one with the former Slate Creek Caboose, the B-Mann Saddle Tanker needing completion of RCS install, and the HLW Mack…

“Daddy, will we ever make trains again?”…

It’s not helping that for whatever reason, all the kids have been dragging down the once dusty Thomas and Friends DVD’s. Last night they all asked to bring some of the Thomas track inside and played till bed, only to get up this morning and ask that it be brought back in…

Looks like I’ve been left with no choice…but to build, again. Please pray for me :slight_smile:

Thats great news Cale with all the stuff in the Thomas line you can always build a pretty nifty British layout.

Good to hear Cal. Get out their and start building while the weather is nice. Remember keep it manageable. Cant wait to see what you come up what with.

Stop teasing us with the warm weather stuff. Im still burried in snow.

I love what you did to that Mack, Cale! Looks like a Really Useful Diesel. And welcome back. As for Dave and the others’ sentiments about being and doing with children, I most certainly echo those, too!
