I got about an hour to run a train on the 4th, between the rains and family obligations. It has literally rained every day here for a month. It’s the wettest June on record and we are off to a good start in July. I’d planned on getting more retaining wall blocks today and working, but, yep…it’s rained. All frigging day. Anyway, back on topic. lol. Short video of my csx dash 9 pulling the longest train I’ve tried so far. Nothing too exciting.
Very nice Cousin Matt!
Edit to say …did you notice Uncle Bob has been posting a bit as well recently!
Nice video, Matt… (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)
Matt,
Great video and I love those weathered hoppers! Good job.
Looks great Matt , its coming along nicely. I like the weathered cars the best. They look very grimy and railroad to me .
Thanks cousin David! Yep, I’m enjoying all these videos.
Thanks Andy and Joe!
Thanks Mike. Still working on getting the black one’s weathered. I’ve been sooooo busy with work and family, that I have just not had time. Plus it has literally rained everyday here, so getting any actual layout work done has been impossible. I decided not to make my back drop as tall as yours. We don’t plan on living here forever, so I opted for a shorter back drop.
