WTB: LGB 2-4-0/0-4-0 "Lil' Mikey"

I’m looking for one of the 2-4-0 or 0-4-0 engines with tender. They kinda look like the little brother to the Mikado’s, so I’ve dubbed them "Lil Mikey"s.

I don’t care on roadname or condition as long as the structure is sound (a broken handrail can be replaced, a cracked frame, not to easily.) Even if I have to swap out a burned out motor, it’ll do.

I wanted to get my son a Stainz for christmas, just like my parents got me back in 1986. But he saw me looking at one of the 2-4-0’s over at TrainLi and decided he wanted one of those.

If anyone is curious about which unit I refer, I am adding a pic.

When you get one, make sure for track power that you add power pickup to the rear tender truck.

Track power is available at the tender rear socket.
