I have a Buddy L flat that is not much to brag about. The Keystone/Buddy L boxcars, as well as engine/tender, are sized the same as the Big Hauler rolling stock. The Buddy L flat is much smaller, maybe 1/32. It is quite a bit narrower than my Aristo flat. Both my B-Mann and Buddy L bobbers were too wide to sit on the flat. So borrowing from others, I redecked the flat making it wider. Since I had no coffee stirrers, I used some cedar I had. I removed the cupola from the B-Mann bobber and installed a new roof. I think I will put a small boom on the open end. A work in progress. Ralph

Good start so far thats another one of my projects using a bachmann flat with a new brite caboose. So much to do not enough time.
Making a little more progress. Used some acrylic to “glass” in the windows. Mounted the stove pipe and grab handles.

Lots of detail work left to do. But it is starting to look like a work caboose. Ralph
Pretty nifty…

I built this thing to be used as a battery car for the 2-4-2T engine. Tore the engine down to see what was inside as far as space goes, and decided a trail car would be much simpler…
Ralph you can ship that to NJ I think I would look great on the KMRR
Thanks guys.
I kind of wish I had cut a couple inches out of the middle of the caboose.
But I’m too far along to change it now.
Now I have to scrounge some parts to build the crane.

The MOW train is out of the paint shop. Awaiting lettering and outfitting. It is painted in the colors of my second shortline, Pacolet Valley Railroad. Ralph
