As you may know or not know the Neuse River Valley Model Railroad Club has move to a new club house. Well I ask the club president if I can work on this lush green garden and he yes. Looks like fun
It’s going to be pretty tough to work on since it’s all sideways! (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-tongue-out.gif)
*Michael corrected the orientation of the original pictures.
Maybe he is going to do a cog railroad, or funicular.
That whole mess could be cleaned up with a good weed wacker in about an hour, or less, then maybe, just maybe, you might see that there isn’t much room for much of a railroad…so what is the big deal ?
And not much room after you park the NRV.(http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)
I’ve seen this before, it’s an eye pad/phone/thing that turns 'em sideways, even though they uploaded looking ok.
Regarding the post, I think apartment bound Michael is happy he gets to clean up the vegetation. AND Put some track in…
John
Do it once!
Looks like there would be room to get something put in there. I wouldn’t have large diameter curves but it looks like it ought to fit and 8’ diameter easily enough and should be long enough to run some spurs to the inside. Keep us posted on the progress Michael.
Work started
Have fun with it, Michael… Be interesting to see what you make of it…
