At least in the General Forum, the Word like tool bar doesn’t appear for me when I post a new topic. Surprisingly, it does in this forum. WTFO?
Well, I’m officially confused. 
For reference, here is my Word Toolbar:
And here is the standard tool bar when I select “Post new Topic”:
I don’t know that I’d call it “Word” like, but I guess that’s just a matter of opinion.
Is this what you are getting? What are you getting in the other forums?
That is is what I’m getting and I like it. However one thing that doesn’t work with my OPERA browser is the inset points like this

the points show in the editor, but they don’t show in the post. But no big deal!
To me it looks pretty nifty, a lot better than some of the other stuff one finds out there.
PS to see what it does you need to select the quote function.
