At least here in Massachusetts. We’ve had our first hard frost, and the annuals are dying/dead.
I had great success with thyme this year. We bought a bunch for $2.50 for a 4" pot, and planted them here and there. One of them is about 3’ around already, and I had to move a bunch of plants nearby to let this baby spread.
I havent done any winterization of my plants, though I probably should cover the Scotch moss and Irish moss. They dont do to well up here anyway, and the hard winter’ll probably kill them off. Fortunately I only have a couple.
