Large Scale Central

Winter Operations on the W&Q

I have hand made several switches but not any regular track…yet

Nice scratch built engine. I like that 3 way stub switch too. Every time I watch one of your videos, I see something else on your layout that I really like.

The weather yesterday afternoon was beautiful so I decided to take out another engine for this series. this is my first try at 7/8th scale. it is a modified Accucraft Ruby. It is modeled after a Baldwin Industrial engine used at the S.D. Warren Paper Company Cumberland Mills in Westbrook Maine. They had several of these engines over the years and two were saved and now reside at the Boothbay Railway Village. Number 2 is in the process of being restored and may see the rails again by the Narrow Gauge convention in September.

Another great video, Your buildings are great. But… the track is a little scary at times.(http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-surprised.gif)

Yep— the spring work crews will have to head out after the frost is out of the ground(http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-surprised.gif)

Once again, great video. I really enjoy watching your fleet of live steam locomotives.

Another great video - Thanks Eric (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)
