I am looking for a scan of “Garden railways” from June or July 2001 concerning the scratchbuild of a Part1 windmill.
Does anyone of you have that in your archives?

I didn’t start subscribing until 2009. I assume that’s the Scratchbuild a windmill by Ken Estes Part 1 article that you are referencing.
However you could purchase the June 2001 issue from GR for $6.99 plus shipping if no one has a scan of the article that they can provide.
