WTT shops rolls out a ferry reach car, repurposed from an all-steel MOW flat car that spent the last several years on the RIP track. This car will be used to load and unload cars from the new ferry terminal at Williamsport, locomotives not allowed on the ferry due to weight restrictions. 101X is a non-revenue car, and will spend its life at Williamsport.

The parts are in, but the shop crew has been shanghaied to work on the right-of-way!
