Large Scale Central

Wilderness Fire Station

Dave I used to go to York all the time for program reviews at BMY/UDLP/BAE for Bradley Fighting Vehicle Program. Always made a point of going to Coombes for the prime rib and of course the Harley Factory several times. Stayed at the Holidome. I remember the Gov had to cancel review because of the Train Show being in town once. Nowhere to stay within 75 miles…

So you were in Fire equipment sales ? I’m retired FF

Nope. Defense Contractor. We build the TOW Anti-Armor Weapons System for the vehicle.

Dave, he is just building an impression of a wildland fire station, very similar to what is in use in southern California by America’s Fire Department.

NICE!

Thanks. Gotta put trim around windows, finish solar lighting and add US Forest Service Shield and Station Sign. Need input from the mouth of the San Bernadino forest for that though. Plus he has to come with the Fire Engines, green ones of course for America’s fire department.

looks good

It does look good. The dimensions are pretty typical of many fire stations I see around here.

Turned out great mMike

Lookin good!

Thanks for compliments guys. My brother, John Miller, gets as assist as he had the wood frame and base laying around for who know how long plus he gave me a picture of a similar station to model it after. All it’s needs now is a “home”.

Very nice. The LED’s work out great for the “down lighting”.

Good job!

Looks awsome.
