The bridge and the two steam locomotives look like Tom Larsen’s property, plus also a large indoor railroad but it does not look like Tom’s property. Now one could let one’s imagination run wild. Check out the overfly video.
Mr Miller’s place.

Thankyou John and Andrew, it was ‘Miller’ that I was thinking (I do not know where ‘Larsen’ came from).
$3.5 million does not seem much considering his considerable investment. I was looking for the specially constructed building to house the indoor railroad. At the end of the video there appears to be the said building but no mention in the online content.
I would be surprised if the 7.5" gauge locomotives and rolling stock were included in the sale. I think one would only get the rail and outbuildings/structures.
Edit: I never go to the ‘other place’, so was not aware it was posted there.
I don’t think anything not bolted down comes with the basic sale price of $3.5 million but you do get a gourmet kitchen…
There is a huge barn where all the fun stuff is.
You better get started in building that 1.5" scale Mallet Tim.

Umm, in the discussion that was had before, I thought the locos and rolling stock were included in the sale.
By accident I stumbled upon a real estate video of Tom’s residence.
Tom Miller has posted some comments over on MLS
