interesting. I would like to see him do that trick with something more to scale.

Seems metaphoric for a management style often enjoy the experience of:

  1. Start on the rails

  2. Leave the rails

  3. Bang against the wall

  4. By trial and error (not shown in the video), work with the wall and adjust the rails so as to get back on them

  5. Ignore the gap, pray you have another chance to repeat the now adjusted loop, and get credit for the corrective actions
