Who looks Stew-pid now?

Jack, Jack, Jack.

Many folks had this nailed last year.
Any time someone tried to enlighten, we had one multiple-personality type trying to elicit prosecutable statements, and another who kept saying “you don’t know anything. Wait until next week!”

Wait until next week my rancid hindquarters.

And, Jack, there is still more to play out.

Me?

Maybe all you experts should consult a GERMAN LAWYER! This all happen in another country not here in lunie land and their laws are VERY different! Hello is any one awake?

I think most of the hobbyists out there only care about what shows up on the shelves and when. My daughter happens to really like the Amtraks. I’m kind of neutral, but if they do show up, I’ll check into it. It’s not like my wife is anxiously awaiting for me to spend any more money.

Speaking of, she seems to keep my train time limited to less than 10%. If spending 90% of your time on trains makes you stew-pid, does that make her a genius?

:D :D

Hi there, looking at German law has always been a hit and miss affair on NA fora, however when I quoted how the revised insolvency law applies - YEP, I did read up on the changes - it was “Oh no, the whole creditors’ assembly will vote on that, the banks have just so many votes” (I’m paraphrasing). Some people were under the impression that it was one creditor, one vote or some such nonsense.

Their biggest problem? Spouting and ventilating! Reading up on what the ground rules are … well who in his/her right mind would have the time for that, eh?

As I would say: “If all you get fed is horse manure, likely you end up a mushroom with the brains that go with it.”   BTW that applies to the “debate” that’s raging in some quarters about the warranties, too.

How many threads are we going to have going on the Long Gone and Busted?

You know I’ve read all of these threads with more than a little laughter… as has been said in many of the posts above…" the devil is in the details"… and…" when product is on the shelves…"

I’ll beleive it’s a good deal if the product is reasonably priced, and that’s realitive to the total product on the market that I would like to run… and if service from LGB0A aka Silver****??? whatever continues to provide reasonably priced and rapid service.

To be honest… I could give a big hairy Rat’s Butt who owns it or who bought it…

Let’s go build a railroad!!!
