In going thru the leftovers of my long defunct RR I came across a Connie. Of course the tender trucks are shattered. The boiler backhead and in cab dtealis are gone as well. It had an old battery pack inside that was long since dead and an old TE in the tender. I’ve removed those items and wondering where I could locate acceptable replacement trucks and cab details so it could be sold. Or am I better off selling it as is?

Connies are good kitbash fodder. I sold one as a “basket case” after having torn it down for a stalled project. It was apart, but complete. I got pretty good money for it.
I’d advertise yours as-is first. You might be surprised.

They seem to be very difficult to replace, as they have all crumbled by now?
