Oh, okay, so you don't have any grandchildren yet? JK
It has been raining for almost a week now.
I had most of the weeds cleared out of the RR before the rain started.
I’m sure I’ll have to start over once the rain stops.
Of course, lots of grass to cut too.
Ralph
Ralph, at least it will keep you busy, and out of TROUBLE!!! LOL The Regal
I know how you feel Ralph. I just got done working 6 days in row 10 hour days and one of those was an 18 hour day. Weather was great. Now I am off for three days and it has been raining.
Shawn said:But of course! I think someone here mentioned the line about "What do you call the day after two days of rain? Monday."

Haven’t done any 18-hour work days lately. At least, not paid work days.

Ah, but once we’re dead, does it all matter?
I recall an old prayer in a Model Railway Engineering Book from around the time of WWII:
“Oh, Lord, in Heaven
May there never be a lack
of 0-gauge locomotives
and hand-laid track”
No worries, mate!
“The Lord is High and Lifted UP, and his TRAIN fills the temple.”
We are safe.
I don’t know about you guy’s, but if I’m not cremated, still out on that one, if i am buried I am going to have one of my favorite engines buried with me, Just in case there is life after you know what!!! The Regal p.s. oh yeah with a small circle of track too. hee hee
I would bet the operating protocol is so different where you are going none of the trains you take will work!
I know, I could be buried with my Mikado with the RCS system and leave a transmitter on the tombstone for visitors to blow the whistle and Bell ! I would let Tony advertise it in GR . So reliable you can take it with you.
sunny today so we can talk about happy things now.
