Does anyone happen to know what scale the MDC “G scale” rolling stock is? Looks to me like maybe 1:32, judging from the pics I’ve seen on ebay.
Varies, the steel ore cars are more like 1/32, the narrow gauge cabooses are 1/22.5, as are the wooden narrow gauge freight cars (if you can even find any), They also sold some modern cars I beleive that are like the ore cars 1/32. The only engine they ever did in large scale, the Hustler, was more akin to 1/24, but could pass for 1/22.5 if you didnt look too hard.
I have a few Hustlers and even though I redid 2 of them, I’m planning to rebuild 2 of them into 1/22.5 scale boxcabs cause their cabs are just too small.
Their 2 bay hoppers, covered hoppers, steel Refers and steel box cars were all 1:32.
