Hi all,

Remember when I related the tale of the Richters’ former house banker being before the courts? Yep, the collapse of his “empire” started the domino effect that resulted in the EPL insolvency. Anyway, the prosecutor calls for three years in the “Big House”. Defense council is beside himself and … well you know how that all works. The verdict will be announced on Wednesday.

Looks like Karl Gerhard Schmidt could be in the sh… house instead of the Schmidt house.

Oh, what were the charges? 232 counts of fraud and in addition aggravated embezzlement. All this in conjunction with “approving” a loan to a foundation by the name of “Christian-Karl-Schmidt-Stiftung”.
