There’s so much stuff out there that I would like to see them make that it would never reach the end because the railroads would be developing new equipment which would need to be modeled.

I guess that depends on who it is that actually "owns" G45. If the sale of LGBoA was made by the former owners in Germany when knowingly operating LGB whilst insolvent, it could leave open the possibility that G45 may not have actually been sold legally.

What does that have to do with your statement: “Time will tell now, want it?”?

That is quite possible, however as time goes by and “things” transpire there could be one or the other hitch.

I know of a certain Lord of Crossharbour aka Conrad Black, who (several years ago) figured he was at least 50 times as smart as the rest of the gang.

Hmmmm. If it is deemed somehow that the sale of LGBoA was illegal, that could make a couple people’s butts pucker. I don’t think I would want to be squirming in their shoes should that occur. :frowning:

I would expect that the photos of the cousins would be removed. They don’t own it any more.

Put “Hollinger International” and “Conrad Black” in Google; then get reading and see how “interestingly” certain transactions can be structured.

One of the biggest laughs I had while following that saga was the way things developed in the Court of Chancery in Delaware. One can be smart, real smart, super smart or even smarter yet; when it hits the Court of Chancery in Delaware the jig could be up - BIG TIME!
It’s one of the peculiarities of that jurisdiction, which not everyone seems to fully appreciate. :wink: :slight_smile: :wink:

I find even more amusing Black’s “entanglement” with Tony B. and his position now as a member of the House of Lords…:confused:

It’s amasing to what extent little people will go to aspire to become big people. They gain pubic positions yet when they die they are still little people.

I have two of Rolf chain smoking at the LGB Booth at the Nuremburg Toy Fair. Does that count?

In fact I’ve got two files of photos from the Toy Fair last weekend.
