What are these plugs (male and female) called and where can I purchase them?

They’re DC power plugs. There’s a bunch of sizes of them (outer diameter, and inner pin size). You’d be best measuring your size. They’re available on Amazon, among other places.

The most common are used for LED strips 5.5MM x 2.1mm. I buy them from Aliexpress in packs of 6 or 10.
You can get them with wire connectors.
