Large Scale Central

Went for a little putt yesterday

The lazy crew at Stumptown finally got the line clear.

After removing a little leaf debris and checking for other track defects after a long winter under snow, she ran perfectly. The track had not moved, and most of the ballast was in place. I reeeeeally love Batt/RC!

Great Looking pictures John. I hope you had fun running. I can’t wait for Spring.

John, Nice run, looks like a great layout…

Looks great. I actually did the same although I could not get the 2 inches of ice off the tracks. Just need one warm day and I will be up and running again.

Shawn,
Wasn’t it your wife that was being induced?

Cool.
Now I’m ashamed. I haven’t run trains outdoors sice Christmas =(
No snow to use for an excuse, either.
But I’ll be running this weekend. Forcast is for 60 degrees
It was 8 degrees this morning and never got above 20 degrees today.

Mike, I'll run it the same day you bring out your new Bach mallet. :) :) I would have run it if not for Bach's screw up by selling faulty drivers to the public. I guess no one checks the stuff in China. Oh, they did put a "Quality check OK" stamp on the carton.

Not true, Steve.
We’re heading back down into the teens for highs next week.
