Thanks Jim, It was a fun little project and still brings a smile when I see it sitting on the shelf. Hunting up the pictures from various places (apparently I’m not very organized) was a bit time consuming and they ended up a little scrambled but at least they are back in the thread.
Now to hunt up another one.
What did you use to model the hose?
Bob, That is a white shoe lace stained with coffee.
Thanks for the info. That is one realistic hose!
Sean, thanks for that video, very interesting!
What Rick said. Very cool, and what a talented guy. I think that last part bent on the press gave me an idea how I can bend a brass part for my stalled log car project.
He did make it look easy …
It’s fun to see all of these ‘old’ posts show up. I don’t remember them at all, so it’s as if there are new projects every day!
Nice. I can envision Cliff doing this at ‘scale’…
I can only hope to do near as good a job as Rick, but thanks for the encouragement Bruce.
Wow Rick, it’s just gorgeous! And yeah, it’s neat to breath some new life into the old threads, because I never saw this one, and it’s like new news to me.
I’ve worked some on just a generic horse-drawn wagon chassis, and it’s pretty amazing how complicated the front axle can be!
