never sold separately, like the F units… keep an eye on ebay, where a (perhaps greedy) seller is pricing an AB set separately to get more $$… that’s how I built up an ABBBA set… he contacted me and was flummoxed when I did not buy the A unit…

This is where being a modeler and model painter pay off, I have repainted many models to my personal favorite railroad paint schemes. Biggest problem today is finding the correct decals to do the job correctly, not so much the stripes, but just the emblems and railroad names. I do make many decals on the computer/printer, but this is pretty intensive to get them right.
