Wanted - Stainless Steel Spikes 1/2"

I’m looking for any stainless steel spikes that are 1/2" in length. The only ones I know of are the blackened ones fro Llagas Creek, but I don’t care about the manufacturer as much as the material and length. Unfortunately with Llagas currently changing hands there are none to be had.

Now, I know all about how you shouldn’t use SS spikes because they don’t rust and bite into the wood, and therefore come up in time. None of those variables are in play with my project, so Yes, I want stainless.

So here is your chance! I’m appealing to anyone who bought these and now regrets it, or anyone who just has extra they don’t want. I’ll buy open or unopened packages. Reply here or PM me with offers. Thanks!

Randy, I had some once, but I don’t know where I got them! In about 4 weeks, when I get back to MD, I may be able to find the invoice.

(I don’t think Llagas ones were ever stainless? Mine were shiny steel color. And tough to bend, btw.)

Thanks Pete, It would be great to find another source. Llagas does have them listed on their site, although his were blackened, so maybe there is hope for a second source. I called, but Jerry said he was out. Sounded like he wanted to get more once things settle, but I’ll likely be done with my switches by then. I’d like to be done or close to in 4 weeks but, I’d love to know where you got yours.

Try Sunset Valley.
