Wanted - Live Steam

I’m looking for anything live steam.
Scale: 20.3
Gauge: 45mm

Thanks,
Robert

Try Silver State Trains, a sponsor of this forum. Mark is a nice guy, met him at Marty’s. He sells Accucraft, who makes a LOT of 1:20.3 steamers.

I suppose I should have been a little more specific! I’m looking for used equipment vs. new. I’m looking for equipment that people have customized a bit or just need to unload for whatever reason. My budget is a little more constrained, so anything used would be a great start for me.

Then you should go to a steam up or train show. Usually used stuff for sale there. Join the local train club, might get some leads there.
Marc Hovitz(GR editor) has some used stuff for sale.

That new little Accucraft steamer they are bringing out for about $400 is based on one of Marc’s designs. A Ruby kit can be a good way to get started.

Most dealers have some used equipment. Try Silver State and see.

Jason Kovac has a modified Ruby for sale in this for sale forum. He’s a good guy to deal with.

I think Jerry gave you you good info. Also are you looking for any live steam or do you want US style (narrow gauge or standard gauge). There are more Euro style steamers on the market then US. If money is the issue then wait for the new Accucraft Dora to come out. The Ruby is another great one.

Robert, I sent you a message

Got your message Jason.
