Mike, if you can’t find a older model, you can use the new receiver. Just don’t hook up a speaker and don’t turn on the sound with the #1 function button…

Sure 'nuff, Mike… The new sound receiver operates just like the old ones for the “normal” functions. It’ll work just fine triggering the P8…
Just installed one with a P8 today…

Stan, I am trying to remember (unsuccessfully). Can you still use the #1 button on the transmitter to actuate functions on the P8?? Seems to me I did this, but my old mind just doesn’t remember!
