My little tram engine has (had) a bell on top in the usual frame. I suspect it was an LGB part as the rest seems to be LGB. Anyway, my carry case caused the frame to break so I need a new one that is a bit more robust. Anyone have a spare metal bracket, or know where I can get one?
What Ken Said, just placed and received an order from him the other day w/o issues. everything I wanted was in stock.

I did find TrainLi has the original Stainz bracket, but I hate to think how long it will take to get one.
Yea, I am still waiting to finalize an order for a 2 bay hopper car latch. Actually, I gave up after a few unanswered emails.

Bill, thanks for the offer. I have no idea where the bell came from, but TrainLi have a Stainz bracket for $2.95 and I persuaded Joane not to charge me $8.95 for shipping. So I am set for now.

Bill, we seem to be talking about different things. This is the bracket I ordered from TrainLi, and they claim it is from the HK Porter, and it looks like the one I broke. I think the Stainz has the one you show - sorry if I misled you as I was confused.

The offending case was one of my tool boxes that I got at HD on sale for $6-ish. Actually, it was the thick towel I used as padding on top that did for the bell. I have a couple of foam blocks, so one will get shaped to fit the roof but not destroy the bell!
