I find used parts very hard to find, if the manufacture doesn’t offer them for sale, then I try to look for damaged engines, cars, etc. on eBay at reduced prices, or at model RR shows, etc. In many cases I just build from scratch what I need, yes, I’m a modeler first and a train runner second.
