Looks like the 31"D is no longer offered thru Wholesaletrains 
Yikes! even Aristo no longer has the 31"D track listed on their website! 
I was able to make a 32 inch circle from 8 foot brass rail and the Train-LI rail bender.
Only one clamp per rail!!!
EASY/FAST SETUP TO RUN A SMALL TRAIN.
