I am going to put up a fair amount of LGB stuff on ebay/swap meet but thought I’d start here. Looking to sell or trade a number of pieces to buy AMS/Bachmann 1:20.3 rolling stock. Anyone interested?

Rather avoid the fees, pass on the savings/trade. Gotta thin the heard!

Examples:

USA Santa Fe GP30. Run a couple of hours indoors max. (SOLD)

LGB 50ft box cars, Rail Box ($60/trade?)

Some LGB grain hoppers (BN, GN) ($65/trade)

LGB Southern Pacific Boxcar (40’) ($50/trade)

LGB UP Long Steel Caboose (missing insert for box) ($70/trade)

LGB 8-axle depressed center w/t-former (orange center beam) ($125/trade) (SOLD)

LGB 2-axle flat with cable reels ($40/trade)

Most equiped with metal wheels (SanVal).

LGB D&RGW stock car (plastic whls) ($35/trade)

What are you looking for in !:20.3? I have AMS Stock Cars, Tank Car, and other stuff. All DRGW or such. Some kit built box cars etc. Going to stick with 1:20.3 DSP&P rolling stock and locos.

Hey Noel, thanks for the response. I just picked up 4 D&RGW stock cars a couple days ago so I’m good there. Looking for passenger coaches and logging equipment. The tank car sounds interesting…Is it oxide brown?

It is a AMS Black Shell tank car. No box that I can find in the basement…even before the quake. Working on replacing the plastic hand rail stanchions. Plastic ones did not hold up very long. I also have a couple of high side gons. New in box.
