I bought a filter on line.
I bought a waterfall filter for up to 1000 gph. I will figure out my water fall when the filter arrives from Jersey.
When I was at the local pond shop they told me I would need a 700 gph pump for the sum of $168.99 + tax.
The filter they recommended was like I ordered on line, I paid $35.00. They wanted $129.98… I thought they were asking way too much for items.
So I started checking around for the same items, so I could be realistic on price comparison.
I did buy the kink free hose from them for $14.88.
$65.00 for pump
$35.00 for filter box
$14.88 for hose
$114.88 TOTAL spent for pump filter and hose.
$323.99 was what I would have spent at the Pond shop. My savings $179.11.
