Try this again. This is the “Lennie” I have in work. I set it aside a couple of months ago due to workload, but found I needed something to do for myself at night. I had a junk Heisler (don’t ask), no trucks, and a couple of old, new-style side-tank Porters. Well, I got this far:
and took a couple of photos. I am now working on the rear engine. All the stuff was stripped off the Heisler, new frame-height running boards installed, power revers is now on, injectors have been re-plumbed, cab sides moved back, pilot deck shortened 3/4" to 7/8". If you look close, you’ll see the motor standing upright at the smokebox support. I may just do a photo series as I go… TOC (I guess I don’t need the stuff, hh?
