Vinnie's Box Cab Build

Vinnie ,

I expect your Dad lets you read the comments here , so I would like to tell you that you have an obvious talent for modelling .

If I were you , I would keep doing models , sometimes you may make a mistake while trying ,but he who never tries never makes mistakes and thus does not learn much . It is worth remembering that .

I have been making models since the age of four , and I have found it is something that you can turn to when you have a problem on your mind , or you can do it just for the fun of it .

You will find a lot of the chaps on here will be only too happy to give you advice on how to get over modelling problems , and their interest in your models will make it more fun for you . It will also make you a lot of friends .

Keep up the very good work and keep us in the picture .

I think your loco is coming along very nicely .

Nice job Vinnie. It was only a few years ago that I learned how much fun it is to build things.

I wish I had started at your age.

Vinnie,

I saw your Dad at Shawn’s yesterday. He said progress goes in spurts on the Box Cab. That’s okay. Anybody give you grief about progress, you just say, “That’s why it is called a Hobby”.

Looking forward to seeing it at York next Spring. The track is yours if the Box runs good and your couplers are to Kadee standards. That is so we can Operate/switch with it. Your Dad will explain that, if you don’t understand.

Somehow, I figure you know just what I’m talking about.

I don’t so could you explain it for me please?

Hey Vinnie- Hows the box cab project going? I’ve been looking forward to seeing it.

-Kevin.

Ah crap here I thought Vinnie had an update for us.

Right now he is focussing on his HO layout. I am sure as York gets closer he will want to get it done.

I understand!

Nizza Vincenzo lavoro !!

Looking forward to seeing how she finishes up; fun to build you own; and, modify kits or RTR.
