We love to take stuff apart from swap meets like old dolls, cars and toys that have moving parts in them.
Lot of the stuff just run off of small batt’s and can run for hr’s.
So here is some we played around with in some of our trains.

Bob McC… is you see this, sure wish there was some kind of a short cut button or etc. way to post videos.
I got it to do it a few times, but its back to the old way of just pasting the URL only again…

I remember some of these animations from the last time I visited your RR. The Little Truckee HO RR had a lot more animated features. Cool stuff!

I really enjoy the old Ho layout and I know you didn’t see it all.
Here is a video clip maked a long time ago on some of the animation you may not of seen…

There is over 30 items moving on our Ho layout that most animation was put in around 1989 or so.

Note: Don’t mind the music… Old guy here and loved the old big bands.
But you will get the idea on animation is to just make it as real as you can even if it’s Ho or Garden R.R. stuff.

Noel,

This is a good video of some of your animations. I will attest to the fact that the more I looked at that HO railroad the more surprises were in store for me. I’m sure there is still more to see on my next visit. I can tell you that my 42 year old son Jeremy that accompanied me into your HO lair was equally thrilled. I may see again soon.
