Can anyone tell me what the numbers represent? —> Top row, bottom row and left and right of the 1. The only instructions I received are what you see. I have used it already, but just want to understand it thoroughly. Hopefully I attached the pic correctly!!

The software doesn’t like something about the file name of your picture. It might be the ? or maybe the = , as I don’t see any spaces in the file name.

I got the picture and I think those are just reference numbers. I don’t believe they will give you and exact curve if you set it on the same numbers all the time, but as an example it will give you a general idea of your last setting when you created a, say, 16 ft diameter curve.
