In the forum’s profile settings there is a place at the bottom called “User card setting”. I placed a photo there in my profile, but I don’t see it anywhere except in my settings. Does this show up anywhere else?

That pic seems to be shown as a background photo under your profile info when you click on a user photo next to their post.
I clicked on your user photo and got this pop up, which has some trackwork under your info:
Thank you Jim. Now I understand, naturally when I go to my own profile I get a different info screen. The trackwork is an old photo of the Ohio River & Western Railway’s famous “S” trestle.
This is the only railroad the Pennsylvania Rail Road owned that ran narrow gauge trains. My plan is to model this trestle on my next garden rail section.
