Should be in brand new shape. I shipped it in the original shipping box from USA trains. I never even opened it!

Well we tried Dennis. According to the lady I spoke to at UPS today it’s on route back to you. No clue what condition it will be in when it returns to you because it was NOT packed back up when I handed it to the UPS driver “for inspection” and return he said TO ME. I’m not impressed with them. You did fine though. Now how do we sort this mess out?

I want to see what condition the loco is in when I receive it. I tried 4-5 times to have the loco rerouted back to you. I will NEVER use UPS again. After 3 calls to UPS customer service today, I finally got somebody who would listen. If the loco looks OK I will have it returned to you. If not I will return your money. I have contacted USA Trains for a replacement truck and they should be shipping one out shortly. Sorry for the cluster****

Dennis this one is NOT your fault. That damn floppy truck and UPS’s policies. I think it wouldn’t have mettered WHO shipped it it was going to be damaged (not the best packing design) but the customer service on the end is the deal breaker. Do you feel like you’ve been “serviced” by UPS?

Yes, I feel I was “serviced” over and over and over and over… USA Trains should be shipping a new truck soon.

Thanks Dennis. We tried. Sadly I would have gotten replacement parts from USAT without getting UPS involved at all. The search goes on. Bottom line lesson. UPS NEVER loses.

Sorry Chas,
I am STILL waiting for USA Trains to send parts. This loco may just have an unfortunate accident off my trestle and be left to rot! It seems cursed.
