I have a USA mighty Moe engine, and all the cars are Aristocraft, all had hook and loop couplers(my sons train, thought it would be easier for him) Changed all the cars back to Aristo couplers, now when I went to change the engine the Aristo coupler would not fit, unless I cut some plastic off, is there a way to fix it without cutting plastic off the engine?

Tom,
my fix was to change the couplers on my
aristo streamliners over to USA couplers,
so they would couple with my USA F-3A.
I liked the look since they coupled a little closer
to one and other with the coupler change.

I run Aristo couplers on all my equiptment. I don’t have a Mighty Moe but I did have to cut the plastic as you stated on my Gp38’s,GP7/9’s, and Sd40-2, Simple procedure.
