844 Stopped in Lexington, NE for a maintenance stop. Sure was shined up and clean. Such great fun to see/hear it. Fab day too boot.

I remember seeing her in pieces in Cheyenne when I toured the roundhouse. It was sad but because they gave me free reign to snoop all over 844, I got a great in-site into the inner workings of it. I took lots of pictures, but sadly I cant find them. I’m afraid they may have been victum of a hard drive crash a couple years ago.

No, he's checking to see if that cow they hit earlier is still there for a BBQ later. Or at least parts of it. Or maybe whats left of a Rooster.

Thanks guys, pix were taken 3-23. It went on down to Council Bluffs to pick up the streamliner cars. THey are kept there in a BIG car barn of 3 or 4 tracks.
