Now that’s cool! Almost looks like he’s running at speed, also. Necessity has always been the “Mother of Invention”.

McKeen was always the provider of the equipment to do the job or save the contract.

Certainly a one of a kind. It conveys a “Beverly Hills Hillbillies” vibe.

Here’s my guess:

Whistle, bell and radiator on the roof?

Part of an old passenger car for the body

Diesel engine in the cab / fuel tank in nose?

Using an old dump truck some other commercial vehicle for the running gear.

Passenger car truck for the frame.

Future “Mik’s Challenge” project…crazy custom switcher.

Interesting idea. I’m thinking you could use styrene for the sides. Not sure about the running gear.

That would actually be a really cool build challenge one year, building a critter
