I’m offering my Trail Creek Whitcomb, with RCS installed. Trail Creek made these brass models in the late 1990s. It has one of Tony’s low-profile RCS units in it. Its currently set up for trailing car battery, but with the size of the new LION batteries, you could fit them under the hood. $350, or interesting trades.
Is it a pretty smooth runner? is it 1/20th? and do you have any other pics of it? Mainly front and rear?
It is 1:20. It’s pretty smooth at low speed. It has a rubber-tube ‘driveshaft’, and at higher RPMs there is an audible vibration, probably from the tube whipping. If I was going to keep it, I would replace it with a regular driveshaft from Stock Drive Products (https://sdp-si.com/eStore - UniversalJoints / Telescoping to see them)
