How many of you build and install trackside details on your railroads ?? Samples are, cribbing walls, culverts, signs, Small flag-stop buildings, etc.
Well I believe these small details add so much life to a railroad, that I want to add several of them to the DS&RG.
SO what type of details have you added or plan to add to the empire ?? DO you have plans for these projects ?? Willing to share ??
I know some of you would not write or don’t think you can, write a article for Bob to post, so maybe if you just put the plans/ideas up, for the rest of us.
Maybe we can start a archive of projects, so all visitors to this site can enjoy building some of, if not all these ideas. I’m sure Bob would not mind, and he might even add a library to store these ideas.
We can post photos of the finished projects on here to share and maybe inspire some others to try their hand at this type of modeling.
This may be a good way to spend some of the cold, wet, days / evenings this coming winter.
