Attached, I hope, is a track plan for the indoor layout I’m going to be putting in the second story of my new garage. It was put together by a fellow on MLS.

The mainline loop in black is essentially a folded dog bone. I left it flat for live steam operations. The red outer loop will have a 3% to 4% grade depending on the set up in the bathroom and the height of the main loop. The blue is a line that descends to under the main loop to a reverse loop with sidings for staging or storage. The blue reverse loop under the yard is not shown for clarity.
I may have to shorten the peninsulas a bit as I need room for other equipment in the center but it is certainly the major plan.
