Listed after this is the entire inventory of items retrieved from the Silver Springs, NV home of Tiny. All but one of the trestles was removed.
Here’s the information on how I’ll handle the sales
All Motive power and rolling stock pricing is set at 25% of the retail price as established by the most recent price listed in a St Aubins ad.
Some of the items, like scratchbuilt cars or trestles hold value as a remembrance of Tiny. Make a legitimate offer that I can’t refuse,
A. Payment for each piece must be sent to me via money order made out to MELVIN PEARCE.
B. Packing and shipping costs will be reimbursed to me TOM SMITH. The reimbursement will be for actual fees with no markup The UPS store estimates that packing and shipping a boxcar will average $16-$20
