8 Pieces 18650 3000mAh 3.7V Protected Li-ion Rechargeable Batteries. That’s enough for two 14.8V battery packs, all for under a $1.00 US, and each cell is PCB protected.

With $38.99 shipping and considering no one else bids on it, it would be $40.

Fishy? Well, he CAN withdraw the item if he’s not happy with the bidding, but there’s a penalty to him if he does so.
These are individual cells. You cant solder on them so the only way to make a pack would be to use a holder which is tough to find because the cells are physically bigger than AA cells. I suppose you could make a holder if you like. I’m still not ready to make my own packs even with the proper welded tab cells and circuit boards.
I saw that addd on emay was was tempted to purchase them until I saw the 38.99 shipping charges and realized it was no bargin. I purchased ( 8 ) 16850 3000ma Cells without PCB a few months ago and got them for 9.95 plus $5.00 shipping for a seller in the US and didn’t have to wait 3 weeks to get them from China or HK, so I bought 2 sets of 8 cells. I also purchased the battery holders from Digikey through thier online store. I think they were like 4.50 each, which I felt was a reasonable price, and comparable to others I have seen asvertised. The PCB board I purchased off ebay for $5.00 each, and all together I was able to build 4 14.8V LI-Ion packs for about $14.00 for each pack.
