Thinking about building aluminum Bridges for resale… Whats your opion on this. Cost would be a little higher but no rust. Already have all aluminum turntable and woring on a transfer table.

It’s a good idea.
I worked with aluminum in my younger days. It does require a special primer-zinc chromate-
(Even if it is powder-coated) if your customer wants black.
There are a couple of types of aluminum. They “weather” a little differently. One gets a white-ish
chalk on it after a year or so. I can’t remember what type that is.
I do alot of sign building with the material so it want be hard to build but just call a little bit more.
